About me & Fulchers Fenestration
From helping my dad to building something of our own.
I am Kyle Fulcher, founder of Fulchers Fenestration Ltd.
My journey in the window and door industry started when I was just 16, helping my father, Chris Fulcher, with his work on my days off from college. At the time, I was studying for a Diploma in Construction & the Built Environment, specialising in Civil Engineering.
When I finished college, I found myself at a crossroads. I could go to university and potentially spend the rest of my working life behind a desk, or I could take a more hands-on route and build a career where I could make a real difference to people and their homes.
I chose the hands-on approach.
I began my career as a window and door installer and spent years working alongside my father as a sole trader. Over that time, I developed not only my skills and experience, but also a real passion for the trade and for delivering work that I could be proud of.
In 2023, with the support of my family, we decided it was time to build something of our own. Something that could provide a better future for my wife, our two daughters and our family, while allowing us to build a company based on the values that matter to us.
That is when Fulchers Fenestration Ltd was born.

It really sums up what we are about. We may not always be the cheapest option, and we are comfortable with that. Our aim is to provide a level of quality, care and workmanship that our customers can be confident in.
Why I love what I do
Making a difference, one home at a time
What I love most about this job is knowing that every day I have the opportunity to make somebody's life a little bit better.
Sometimes that might mean replacing a single pane of glass so a customer can enjoy looking out of their window again. Other times, it might mean completely transforming a property and giving a home a new lease of life — making it the best-looking house on the street.
But for us, it is not always about making a sale. Sometimes the best thing we can do is simply give someone the right advice.
We have helped elderly customers who are struggling to secure their doors, young families looking for a more affordable solution, and people who simply do not know what their options are.
Not everyone we meet becomes a customer — and that is okay.
If we can take a little pressure off someone's shoulders, point them in the right direction or help them find the best solution for their circumstances, then we feel we have done our job.
